We’re looking for motivated, reliable individuals who don’t mind the cold and are ready to work hard when the snow falls!

Responsibilities

- Clear snow from parking lots, driveways and yards
- Load & apply ice management products as needed
- Use shovels to clear entrances if/when needed
- Monitor weather conditions and be available for shifts on short notice.
- Ensure safe and efficient snow removal according to company standards.

Experience/Requirements:

- Ability to work early mornings, nights, and/or weekends.
- Valid G2 or G driver's license with clean drivers abstract.
- Ability to follow direction, work effectively and efficiently both individually and within a team dynamic.
- Willingness and ability to work as needed during snow removal services. This will include day or night, weekends, etc.




- Physically able to handle snow removal tasks in various winter conditions.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Must have warm clothing suitable for outdoor winter work (e.g., gloves, boots, insulated outerwear).

Job Types: Permanent, Seasonal Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour
