BeWell Therapy is growing—and we’re looking for a passionate, skilled Registered Social Worker (MSW RSW) or Registered Psychotherapist (RP-Independent) looking to build their practice to join our team as a full-time independent contractor, with the intention of working towards a schedule of 3 days a week and 5 sessions per day, or any combination thereof. What You'll Do:

- Provide high-quality psychotherapy to children, teens, adults, couples, or families
- Conduct intakes, clinical assessments, and individualized care planning
- Facilitate individual, couple, or family therapy sessions
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation using Jane EMR, in accordance with OCSWSSW/CRPO guidelines
- Collaborate with fellow therapists to share resources, knowledge, and best practices
- Participate in optional peer consultation and ongoing professional development

What We're Looking For:

- Master’s-level Registered Social Worker (MSW RSW) or Registered Psychotherapist (Independent)

Please note: RP-Q candidates are not being considered at this time.

- 3–5 years’ experience providing psychotherapy to children, teens, adults, couples, or families
- Ability and comfort providing sessions in person in downtown Whitby or virtually across Ontario
- Experience with diverse populations and/or second languages is a strong asset
- Compassionate, client-centered, and trauma-informed in approach
- Comfortable using Jane EMR and basic technology tools
- Availability for a minimum of 15 sessions per week, including at least one evening (weekends optional).
