The Barback supports bartenders by maintaining inventory and supplies; preparing garnishes; cleaning bar areas; and ensures the bar remains organized and stocked to support excellent guest experience.Duties And ResponsibilitiesSet up assigned bars and stock all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws, stirrers, condiments, glassware, ice and produceMaintain stock, prepare, cure, and store all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices and other perishables to ensure product qualitySupport beverage service responsibly. Request identification and adhere to all unit and company alcohol compliance policiesCommunicate and anticipate product needs and shortagesKeep work area clean and organizedComplete and submit daily inventory countsArrange bottles and glasses to maintain an attractive display in the bar area as per directed standardComply to all Health and Safety Policies and proceduresBuild relationships with guestsAdhere to uniform standards and job specific standard operation proceduresQualifications, Skills And AbilitiesPrevious bartending experience is an assetActively demonstrate teamwork, safe work practices, open communicationExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with robust desire and ability to delight and accommodate guestsStrong organizational skills with ability to work in high pressure situations and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyProServe certification requiredEvening and weekend availability requiredWhat's in it for you?Join an award-winning culture.
