Keyera is seeking a Rail Team Lead to oversee daily rail operations at our terminals. You will provide frontline leadership to the rail team, coordinate movements, ensure protected and reliable execution, and maintain strong communication with operations, maintenance, logistics and commercial stakeholders.
You will guide staffing, planning, and continuous improvement in a unionized environment, while upholding Keyera safety standards and procedures.
