Software Developer – CRM
Location: Ontario – 5 Days Onsite Toronto
Contract Position
Seeking a Software Developer – CRM with strong experience in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure .
Must-Haves
- Hands-on Dynamics 365 Customer Service development and configuration
- Experience with Power Platform, Power Apps, and Dataverse
- Experience with both low-code and custom D365 development
- Solid Azure development and integration experience
- .NET, C#, JavaScript, ASP.NET/.NET Core, Entity Framework, Azure SQL
- Experience with Web API, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Kanban
- Experience with D365 Case Management, Customer Service Workspace, Knowledge Management, routing, and workstreams
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Dynamics 365/Azure certifications are an asset
Note: This is a fully onsite, Monday–Friday position.
