Senior Integration / Solution Architect

Position Summary

This role serves as a trusted technology advisor responsible for translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable solution architectures. The ideal candidate will demonstrate hands-on integration expertise, architectural leadership, and a passion for mentoring teams while driving innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Define end-to-end solution architectures for enterprise business initiatives.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and develop scalable technology solutions.
- Design integration patterns across Salesforce, ERP systems, data platforms, cloud services, and third-party vendors.
- Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle from discovery through implementation.
- Establish architecture standards, reference architectures, and design governance processes.
- Lead integration architecture using APIs, event-driven architectures, middleware platforms, and cloud integration services.
- Support system modernization initiatives and cloud transformation programs.
- Collaborate with application, data, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure solution alignment.
- Drive architectural reviews, technical decision-making, and risk mitigation.
- Mentor team members on solution design and best practices.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation.

Required Qualifications

- 7+ years of integration, or solution architecture experience .
- 5+ years of hands-on software development experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise web-based applications and services.
- Software development experience with one or more modern development technologies, including Java,



C#, Python, or other open-source technologies and frameworks.
- Deep understanding of API-led connectivity, REST, SOAP, event-driven architecture, and integration patterns.
- Experience designing scalable enterprise applications and cloud-based solutions.
- Strong understanding of security, authentication, authorization, and data governance principles.
- Strong experience with Salesforce platform and ecosystem.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP, financial, and cloud-based applications.
- Solid stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with one or more integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services, Informatica, TIBCO, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), or similar).
- Proven experience implementing or integrating REST/SOAP services, message queues.
- Knowledge of various architectural patterns such as event-driven architecture or cloud-based integration patterns.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Data Cloud.
- Experience with enterprise ERP solutions such as Oracle, SAP, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
- Experience with cloud-native architectures and modern application platforms.
- Experience in financial services, automotive finance, or enterprise SaaS environments.
