This role focuses on growing aggregate sales volume, managing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring exceptional customer service while coordinating with operations, quality control, and dispatch.The successful candidate will possess solid industry knowledge, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven ability to manage customer accounts in a fast-paced construction materials environment.Duties and ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue GrowthAchieve sales volume, revenue, and profit margin targetsDevelop territory sales plan and growth strategiesForecast sales demand and provide market intelligence to managementAccount Management & Business DevelopmentDevelop and maintain strong relationships with new & existing client baseIdentify customer needs and recommend suitable aggregate products and solutionsPrepare quotations and pricing proposals in a timely mannerNegotiate supply agreements and terms in alignment with company objectivesConduct proactive customer visits and jobsite meetings throughout the regionRespond to any customer complaint with recommended solutionsAttend industry events as requiredOperational CoordinationWork closely with other members of the sales team, dispatch, area operations supervisors, and quality control to coordinate deliveries and customer requestsSupport inventory management and production planning through accurate sales forecastingEnsure accurate quote generation, order set up and entry, and customer account information within Ticketing and ERP systemsSafetyEnsure personal competence to the Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Act and all applicable Cavanagh Group of Companies policies.Participate fully in all tasks necessary to support daily, weekly and monthly TCCL Health & Safety policies and procedures (i.E.
