This individual will be eager to learn new processes, can work efficiency in a fast paced environment and enjoys working independently and with a team to meet deadlines.RESPONSIBILITIES:Organize with Planning, Materials and Management about a schedule to ensure setup will be completed before run datePrint off setup sheets from Fujicam or Siemens controllersUtilize the Setup Tracking Sheet (kept in the area) and upon completion hand it into your PTLChecking binder for any deviations,



material issues and special instructions from engineering that might affect setup completionManage materials making sure kits are received and returned in the same orderSetup feeders, check for stencil availability and ensure accuracy for overall setup processesPerform feeder maintenance when requiredParticipate and adhere to DSM safety policies and practicesQUALIFICATIONS:High School Diploma or GED or 2-3 years related experience and/or trainingStrong oral communication skillsExposure to performing scheduled preventative maintenance on equipment is an assetIntermediate skills with MS Office, internet and manufacturing software'sAbility to identify and resolve problems in a timely mannerProficient working independently and/or part of a teamDetail oriented and possess a strong initiative to improve processes and promote and improve qualityDemonstrate accuracy and thoroughnessStrong ability to prioritize and plan the work activities, using time efficientlyWHAT WE OFFER:Competitive compensation and benefits packageClean and safe working environmentDynamic Source Manufacturing Inc. is an equal opportunities employer and encourages applications from all qualified individuals.
