Job Title: General Labourer – PackagingLocation: Kelowna, BCDepartment: Winery Operations – PackagingReports To: Department SupervisorUnion: SEIU Local 2, Branch Local 300Position SummaryThe General Labourer – Packaging is responsible for supporting winery production operations by executing packaging activities in accordance with established production schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements. This role contributes to efficient, cost-effective operations while maintaining product integrity and regulatory compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and support packaging line equipment, including fillers, labelers, and automated case packersExecute production tasks in accordance with work orders and production schedulesPerform quality checks to ensure products meet established specificationsPrepare packaging lines and equipment for daily operations in a timely mannerAssist with product transfers, including moving and setting up pumps and hosesMaintain cleanliness and organization of work areas in accordance with GMP standardsAdhere to all Health & Safety policies, HACCP requirements, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production targetsIdentify and report equipment or quality issues promptlyPerform other duties as assignedQualifications & ExperienceGrade 12 diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in a rapid-paced,
