Vancouver Island Health Authority is seeking a Palliative Care Nurse Consultant to lead planning, coordination and education of palliative and end-of-life care services across community and acute settings. Under the supervision of the Island Wide Manager, Palliative and End of Life Care, you will collaborate with long-term care, acute and community teams to improve quality and safety for patients and their families.
Travel is required.
