HealthOPM is hiring Personal Support Workers (PSWs) who are compassionate and reliable. In this role, you will assist seniors with personal care, daily activities, and emotional support. Your efforts will help promote dignity and independence among residents.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Help residents with mobility and transfers
• Offer companionship and observe changes in wellbeing
• Support nutritional needs and complete light housekeeping
• Document care provided and cooperate with healthcare teams

Requirements:
• PSW Certificate from a recognized program
• Valid Vulnerable Sector Check (within 12 months)
• Current TB screening/clearance required
• CPR/First Aid certification is an asset
• Experience in long-term care settings is preferred
