Randstad Canada is seeking an Operations & Maintenance Supervisor (Day Shift) in Mississauga. The role leads daily shift operations, supervises machine operators, and ensures protected operation and maintenance of plant utility systems.
You will oversee boilers, chillers, pumps, and PM schedules, drive continuous improvement, coach operators, and maintain production schedules while complying with safety regulations. A licensed engineer and leadership experience are preferred.
