Arc’teryx is seeking a Store Lead to join the Halifax area leadership team. You will guide a group of Product Guides, oversee in-store guest experiences, and drive performance across experience, product, community, operations and people while aligning with Arc’teryx values.
You will coach staff, manage inventory and merchandising, and ensure execution of store initiatives. This full time role requires on-site presence and a passion for outdoor gear and customer service.
