We seek a Behaviour Support Specialist to fill a temporary 1.0 FTE position. This position is about implementing behavioural and emotional support strategies while enhancing the capacity of school staff. You will navigate diverse educational settings and work collaboratively to address the complex needs of students.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide specialized support for students’ emotional and behavioral needs
• Consult and collaborate with school staff for program development




• Create individualized Behaviour Support Plans
• Mentor teachers in effective intervention strategies
• Strengthen relationships with parents and community partners

Requirements:
• Degree in psychology, education, or related field
• Hands-on experience with youth support
• Robust communication abilities
• Capacity for travel between schools
• Valid Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector clearance
