As a Program Facilitator, you will design workshops that address critical issues such as resilience and stress reduction, catering to families with children aged 0-18. You will also engage with community partners to enhance the resources available to families. Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends, is a must to serve participants effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design workshops focused on mental health and parenting strategies
• Collaborate with families and community resources for support




• Monitor participant engagement and outcomes effectively
• Ensure compliance with safety and risk management protocols
• Keep precise participant records and management data

Requirements:
• University degree in Human Services or similar
• Minimum 2 years of experience in family settings
• Valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle
• Skills in workshop facilitation and parenting education
• Required certifications in Standard First Aid and CPR-C
