VHA Home HealthCare seeks a full time Registered Nurse to support its Adult Visiting program in the Durham North region. The RN will provide specialized in-home care for adults 18+, performing wound care, medication administration, VACC, IV starts, PICC/central line management, ostomy care, and chemo support.
A valid Ontario driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required. Responsibilities include care planning, regular reassessment, and documentation to ensure high-quality client care.
