and communicating project status proactivelyCoordinate across Sales, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Service, and QHES to mobilize resources and ensure efficient executionOversee logistics for major equipment shipping, on-site start-up, commissioning, and customer trainingEnsure accurate and timely submission of all project documentation including submittals, order details, and change ordersPromote a robust safety culture and ensure all project activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirementsWhat makes you a great fit:Above all, you are a detail-oriented project management professional with an engineering background, strong commercial acumen, and a proven ability to juggle multiple projects while keeping customers informed and deliverables on track. We would also imagine that you have:A bachelor's degree in civil, Mechanical, Environmental Engineering, or related discipline3-5 years of project management experience in engineering, manufacturing, or water/wastewater environmentsProficiency in Microsoft Office suite including MS Project, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projectsPrior technical or engineering experience with strong documentation and contract interpretation skillsIt is a plus if
