Job Description We are currently seeking a full-time Project Engineer/Project Manager who is responsible for planning, executing, and successfully completing projects that meet all customer requirements. This role demands strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex projects across various departments. The hours will typically be in the office Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
Base salary:$75,000 - $95,000 / year

Typical Duties Include (but are not limited to):
Review contracts to define project scope, deliverables and schedule in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
Lead and coordinate project staff to ensure project milestones, technical and quality requirements are met
Develop positive working relationships with customers while communicating project status, addressing concerns and ensuring expectations are met
Create and maintain key project documents such as schedules, action lists, meeting minutes, and deliverable lists
Work with Purchasing and Manufacturing departments to manage Equipment Lists and Bills of Material, ensuring all materials are available when needed
Participate in technical meetings, design reviews, and product testing to ensure alignment of technical teams with project requirements

Key Experience/Education:
Engineering Bachelor’s Degree or Engineering Technology Diploma required (Mechanical or Mechatronics preferred)
Strong working knowledge of MS Office and project management tools
Minimum 4 years of relevant project engineering/project management experience is required
Awareness of ISO 9001
