Oak Valley Health, at the Uxbridge site, seeks a Registered Practical Nurse to join the interprofessional team. You will use clinical expertise for assessments, care planning, patient education and discharge planning, supporting continuity of care throughout the inpatient stay.
The successful candidate will hold current nursing registration, BCLS, and have experience in acute care with robust communication and teaching skills.
