Key Responsibilities:
• Manage HR admin tasks and employee personnel files
• Create communications and manage newsletters for the mill
• Plan and execute employee engagement and events
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee check-ins
• Maintain teamwork and relations with union leadership
Requirements:
• 2 years of post-secondary education in HR or related area
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, ideally in a unionized workplace
• Knowledge of pension and advantages programs
• Proficient in various software, including MS Office Suite
• Experience in Disability Management is beneficial
