Key Responsibilities:
• Contribute to program evaluation and improvement recommendations
• Offer leadership to the clinical team after hours
• Advise on recruitment and onboarding of current staff
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for after-hours issues
• Participate actively in leadership meetings and consultations

Requirements:
• Master’s or relevant BA with work experience
• 3-5 years of experience in mental health and addictions
• At least 2 years in a leadership capacity
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment approaches
• Membership with a regulatory college is mandatory
