Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee operational safety audit program development
• Collaborate with leaders on audit planning
• Manage IOSA certification and documentation




• Report safety deficiencies to executive leadership
• Train operational auditors for ongoing excellence

Requirements:
• 3-6 years of relevant audit or airline experience
• Professional Auditor and IOSA training qualifications
• Strong knowledge of Transport Canada regulations
• Exceptional communication and influence skills
• Passport required for frequent travel commitments
