SARCAN is looking for an experienced Lead Hand with three to four years in a supervisory industrial role. You will be pivotal in ensuring staff compliance with policies and managing equipment maintenance. Your efforts will help us build a more inclusive and sustainable workplace in Saskatchewan.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise staff, ensuring proper workstation coverage
• Address mechanical and operational concerns promptly
• Maintain equipment logs and report maintenance needs
• Coordinate supply inventories effectively
• Operate necessary plant equipment efficiently

Requirements:
• 3-4 years’ experience in a supervisory capacity
• Working knowledge of OH&S; regulations
• Proficient in equipment maintenance operations
• Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office
• Must pass a satisfactory criminal record check
