Position title: Administrator Cum Receptionist

Duration: Full time.

Location: Lot H3-CCV1, The central area of Tay Ho Tay project, Xuan Tao Ward, Bac Tu Liem District, Ha Noi, Viet Nam.

Duties and responsibilities

- To monitor office facilitates (including stationeries, furniture, lighting and other office equipment), to be sure that they are always in positive conditions for ready to use;
- To be responsible for front desk services of the office (like in-out telephone calls, postal mail correspondent, guests reception, camera, accessing door etc.);
- Coordinate the issuance of office facilities such as access cards, mugs, keys…to staff and visitors;
- Support expatriates in accommodation and transportation if needed
- Control petty cash for admin budget. Make payment for monthly admin expenses such as stationary, office equipment …
- Assist with paperwork and logistics required for visiting guests (flight, hotel booking, restaurant reservation etc.)
- To assist divisions/departments on the related matters such as administration paperwork, dossier submission, on-site support…




- To assist in corporate activities, projects, events…
- To act as per assignment from line manager.

Job requirement

- College / University Degree
- 1 – 2 years of working experience
- Good appearance

Personal Skills And Abilities

- Fluent in English
- Good computer skills: MS Office, e-mail, etc.
- Sense of initiative and responsibility
- Must maintain regular and timely attendance
- Expected to be well-organized, careful and have friendly, cheerful personality.
