MacEwan University is seeking an Organizational Design and Job Evaluation Consultant to advance institutional effectiveness through design, evaluation, and implementation of organizational structures and job evaluation practices. This full time role reports to the Director, Organizational Design and Development.
The candidate will build senior leader partnerships, establish design standards, and lead initiatives that ensure equity and efficiency across MacEwan University’s workforce.
