About SheBoss Studio

SheBoss Studio is a boutique Pilates and wellness studio dedicated to helping clients move better, feel stronger, and build confidence through exceptional instruction and personalized experiences.

We are looking for an outgoing, confident, and relationship-driven Studio Sales & Front Desk Associate to join our team.

The primary focus of this role is sales and client conversion. You will connect with new leads and introductory clients, build genuine relationships, understand their goals, and help guide them toward the membership, package, or service that best fits their needs.

You will also manage the front desk during your shifts—welcoming clients, checking them in, answering questions, and helping create a warm, polished, and professional studio experience.

If you enjoy talking to people, are comfortable picking up the phone and following up with leads, and have the confidence to turn inquiries into long-term clients, we’d love to meet you.

ResponsibilitiesSales & Client Retention

- Follow up with new leads by phone, text, and email
- Connect with clients throughout and after their introductory offer
- Confidently explain memberships, class packages, private sessions, and studio services
- Learn about each client’s goals and recommend the most appropriate option
- Convert introductory clients and prospective clients into members and package holders
- Re-engage inactive clients and support ongoing client retention
- Respond promptly to new sales inquiries
- Maintain accurate lead and client information in Mindbody
- Consistently follow up with prospective clients and maintain an organized sales pipeline

Front Desk & Client Experience




- Welcome and check in clients warmly and professionally
- Build genuine relationships with new and existing clients
- Get to know our clients and help them feel recognized and valued
- Check in with clients about their class experience and assist with questions
- Handle basic scheduling and account inquiries
- Conduct studio tours for prospective clients when needed
- Answer phone calls, emails, and studio inquiries
- Help create a friendly, welcoming, and professional studio environment

Studio Support
- Keep the front desk and common areas organized and presentable
- Help reset equipment and studio spaces when needed
- Assist with light tidying and organization during shifts
- Help ensure the studio is prepared for clients and upcoming classes

Qualifications We’re looking for someone who:
- Has previous sales experience
- Has experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, fitness, wellness, or a front-desk environment
- Is confident communicating with people both in person and over the phone
- Is comfortable making follow-up calls and having sales conversations
- Enjoys building relationships and connecting with people
- Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Is friendly, polished, professional, and approachable
- Is proactive and comfortable taking initiative
- Is organized, reliable, and able to work independently
- Is comfortable learning Mindbody and other studio systems
- Has an interest in Pilates, fitness, health, or wellness




- Is able to commit to a consistent weekly schedule, including weekday mornings, Wednesday evenings, and Saturday mornings

Experience selling memberships, fitness or wellness services, packages, retail products, or other service-based offerings is a strong asset. Compensation & Schedule

- $19–$22 per hour, based on experience
- Performance-based sales bonuses

- Monday morning
- Tuesday morning
- Wednesday evening
- Thursday morning
- Friday morning
- Saturday morning
- Additional hours and responsibilities may become available based on studio needs and performance
