The Style

Advisor provides personalized fashion consulting, guiding clients through custom clothing options, fabrics, fits, and styling to create curated wardrobes aligned with their lifestyle and preferences. Day-to-day responsibilities include welcoming clients, conducting style and fit consultations, presenting product options, managing appointments, and supporting clients through the full purchasing journey. The role also involves maintaining in-depth product and brand knowledge, ensuring the showroom is visually appealing and organized, and collaborating with team members to deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience.

Style

Advisors are expected to meet sales goals, use clienteling tools to build long-term relationships, and provide attentive follow-up service after purchases.

Qualifications

- Strong product knowledge and familiarity with premium menswear, custom clothing, fabrics, and tailoring.




- Demonstrated fashion consulting skills with an eye for style, fit, and current trends.
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening and clear, skilled verbal and written interactions.
- Proven customer service experience with a focus on hospitality, building trust, and long-term client relationships.
- Sales skills, including consultative selling, upselling, and meeting or exceeding performance targets.
- Ability to work on-site in Toronto, ON, with flexibility for evenings and weekends as needed.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing appointments, orders, and follow-up communication.
- Comfort with using point-of-sale systems, clienteling tools, and basic digital platforms to support the client experience.
- Previous experience in retail fashion, luxury, or custom clothing environments is an asset.
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and commitment to an inclusive, respectful workplace.
