Become a key player in CAE's Corporate Governance team as a Paralegal. This Montreal-based role focuses on corporate record management and compliance for an innovative global leader.

In this position, you will collaborate closely with the Corporate and Securities Law team to maintain corporate records, draft critical documents, and handle regulatory filings. Your role will directly impact the company's governance framework, ensuring all corporate actions are compliant and effectively managed.

Key Responsibilities:



• Maintain the corporate records of CAE and subsidiaries • Draft and review resolutions and corporate documents • Manage annual and extra-provincial corporate filings • Assist corporate teams with acquisitions and other transactions • Prepare materials for Board and Shareholder meetings

Requirements: • Paralegal diploma or law degree required • Minimum 3 years' experience in a corporate legal department • Proficient in both French and English, robust writing skills • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and corporate systems • Ability to manage priorities with discretion and autonomy
