Bayshore Medical Personnel is seeking a part-time Primary Care Physician with a minimum of 6 months within the last 2 years of cumulative clinical experience to provide onsite and call-back services to our federal client in Truro, NS.TASKSProvide integrated, trauma informed, culturally appropriate Primary Care health services to patientsDocument all patient encounters in the EMR/EHR, including, but not limited to: all progress notes, assessment, treatments and consultationsPrescribe medications according to the client's drug formularyParticipate in grievance, investigation, and human rights complaints processes, or court proceedings that may include a review of the Physician's documentationProvide call-back services and telephone consultationsQUALIFICATIONSThe Physician must possess:A valid license in good standing from the relevant provincial licensing body and provide a certificate of qualified conduct issued by the College of Physicians and Surgeons, including any judgements or restrictionsA minimum of six (6) months experience in providing primary care in the last two (2) years
