In this part time position, you will report to the Operations Manager and direct the daily activities of the operational staff. Responsibilities include monitoring the daily operations, conducting evaluations, and enforcing health and safety protocols. You'll play a crucial role in maintaining regulatory compliance while managing inventories and addressing operational issues proactively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead staff coordination and daily activities
• Monitor operations for regulatory compliance

Requirements:
• Current Level III Wastewater Treatment Operator Certification
• Experience in a supervisory role is essential
• Ability to manage 25 kg (55 lb) lifting tasks
• Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and good communication skills
