The Hospice of Windsor and Essex County is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse to provide direct, patient-centered end-of-life care within our Hospice Residence. You will assess needs, implement care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote comfort, dignity, and quality of life for residents and families.
As part of our front-line staff, you will manage medications, participate in symptom management, and contribute to a supportive work culture.
