You will be responsible for delivering nursing care according to BCCNM standards and collaborating with the care team. This role includes developing individualized care plans, administering medications, and supporting fellow staff members through mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care focused on quality and safety
• Develop and evaluate care plans for individual residents
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments
• Report changes in resident health to nursing staff
• Keep accurate and up-to-date care documentation

Requirements:
• Completion of a recognized Practical Nursing program
• Current practicing license with BCCNM
• First Aid and CPR certification up to date
