Lead the Thrive™ Adult Day Program at Abilities Centre in Whitby, ON, unlocking potential for individuals with developmental disabilities. This full-time role focuses on program delivery and participant assessment.

As the Thrive™ Program Lead, you will implement day-to-day operations, focusing on participant engagement and skill development. You will design stimulating activities that promote social interaction and well-being while collaborating with various teams to enhance the program's impact. Your role is crucial in mentoring and supervising both staff and volunteers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily operations and address participant concerns
• Develop comprehensive activity programs based on needs




• Assess individual progress and adjust plans accordingly
• Manage and train volunteers and student placements
• Ensure a safe and inclusive setting for all

Requirements:
• Education in Social Services or related fields
• Experience working with diverse populations
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Current vulnerable sector check and First Aid certification
• Monday to Friday availability from 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.
