Part Time Morning Supervisor -

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor for our breakfast and lunch services. The ideal candidate should have a minimum 3 years of experience at an upscale or fine dining restaurant, be available early mornings. Successful candidates will be responsible for but not limited to supervising and guiding morning staff, ensuring quality standards are upheld, coordinating flow of service to ensure guest satisfaction. Banquet experience is an asset.

Duties:

- Organize breakfast service and prepare team
- Welcome guests in a kind and warm manner
- Be active on the floor, watching every station for smooth flow and assisting all positions when necessary.
- Participate in all floor management duties, including coaching of service staff, assisting with questions and correcting mistakes.
- Maintain open communication with all FOH staff and BOH.
- Ensure all shift duties are complete for each position.
- Analyze labour needs as shift progresses.
- Monitor and observe guests’ dining experience. Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service.
- Respond promptly and courteously to any requests or problems.
- Other duties as required which may include assisting banquet service

Qualifications:

Ideal candidates would have





- Three years serving experience in similar setting
- Ability to walk and/or stand for full shift up to eight hours
- Excellent communications skills; team-oriented and training-minded
- Valid Serving It Right certificate
- Demonstrated excellent customer service skills

Starting rate: $22.00/hour + tips

Includes health benefits after 3 months and dental perks after 6 months for those working 24 or more weekly hours.
