Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers to join our team and provide high-quality, flexible classroom coverage across various educational settings. As a Supply Teacher, you will step into diverse classrooms, delivering engaging lessons and maintaining a positive learning atmosphere. This paid position offers an exciting prospect to make a meaningful impact while gaining valuable experience in education.

Responsibilities

- Deliver pre-planned lessons across different subjects and age groups, ensuring continuity of learning.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a safe, respectful, and productive environment.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners, including students with disabilities or special educational needs.
- Communicate clearly with students, staff, and parents when necessary to support student progress.




- Follow school policies and procedures, including safeguarding protocols and health & safety guidelines.
- Maintain accurate attendance records and complete relevant documentation for each session.
- Foster an inclusive atmosphere that encourages student engagement and confidence.

Experience

- Prior experience working with children in educational or childcare settings.
- Classroom experience in early childhood education or primary/secondary education environments.
- Knowledge of teaching strategies for students with special educational needs or disabilities.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, staff, and parents.
- Experience teaching core subjects such as Math or supporting early childhood development is advantageous.
- Ability to adapt quickly to recent environments and manage diverse classroom dynamics with confidence.
