We are seeking a friendly and efficient To-go Specialist to join our hospitality team. This role is essential in providing exceptional guest service by accurately and promptly fulfilling take-out orders. The ideal candidate will have experience in food service and customer interaction, with a strong focus on hospitality and communication skills. Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and assist with their take-out orders, ensuring a positive experience.
- Accurately take orders via phone or in person, utilizing POS systems such as Micros POS.
- Prepare and package food orders according to company standards, maintaining quality and presentation.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally, providing information about menu items and order status.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the to-go area, including equipment and supplies.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order preparation and delivery.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality,



demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Manage multiple orders efficiently during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail.

Requirements

- Previous experience in guest services, serving, or food service preferred; hospitality or hotel experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests and team members.
- Knowledge of POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is desirable.
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of restaurant operations and food safety standards.
