DescriptionThe Maintenance Manager performs indoor and outdoor general maintenance work. They will need to show a high level of responsibility since they will perform most of their tasks independently in cooperation with all other departments of the hotel.WHAT YOU'LL DOPerform visual inspections of the equipmentActively participate in preventive building maintenance proceduresPerform daily maintenance work and reflect their activities in their schedulePerform interior and exterior workReport any defective systems and make the necessary correctionsPossibility of transporting materials from outside the propertyAssist with moving, lifting, carrying, and placing of objects by moving up and down stairs, service ramps, and/or laddersResponsible for maintaining all mechanical components of the buildingPerform minor electrical work (ex: changing light bulbs)Ensure that service manuals are followed during preventive maintenance, repair, or replacement of systems or components and adhere to sound engineering practices,
