and benefit needs to recommend and implement tailored software solutions.Bridge the Gap: Run initial client payrolls, provide software training, and act as the core liaison between sales, internal stakeholders, and the client.Track Milestones: Maintain real-time accurate data within our CRM (Client Space) to guarantee a seamless transition to the regular service model.What You BringIndustry Knowledge: 3+ years of related experience specifically within the HR/Payroll Outsourcing or PEO industry.Systems Expertise: Hands-on proficiency with HRIS platforms, CRMs, and core payroll/tax subject matter.Project Management: Solid analytical and time-management skills to lead clients through complex technical timelines.
