NSModular is growing, and we're on the lookout for a passionate, detail-driven Estimator, whose primary responsibility is preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for construction or fabrication projects. This role involves analyzing drawings and specifications, performing quantity takeoffs, coordinating with vendors and subcontractors, and supporting bid submissions. The Estimator works closely with project managers, senior estimators, and operations teams to ensure project success from pre‐construction through execution. This position is primarily office‐based with occasional site visits and may require extended work hours during bid closing periods.
