In this technician role, you will be responsible for the meticulous upkeep of a fleet consisting of highway coaches and school buses. Aside from performing essential repairs and diagnostics, you will promote a culture of safety and teamwork, guiding apprentices and supporting overall operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review and prepare repair orders for each job
• Carry out precise diagnostics and maintenance procedures
• Organize a clean and effective work area




• Record and communicate details of repairs and issues
• Act as a mentor to junior staff for skill enhancement

Requirements:
• Red Seal Heavy Duty or Truck and Transport qualification
• Preferably, BC Commercial Vehicle Inspection Program License
• Skilled in diagnosing advanced mechanical systems
• Class 2 driver's license beneficial
• Eager to participate in dealer training programs
