Atmosphere is always searching for exceptional individuals to add to our multi-faceted team and is excited to receive your application today.Job Description:Site Managers at Atmosphere Flooring Solutions are an integral and central part of the Commercial Construction team.The primary function of Site Manager is to ensure projects are installed in a timely and skilled manner. This involves gaining an understanding of project requirements and working with installation crews to ensure requirements are met. The site manager will report directly to the Field Manager. The Site Manager will work closely with Project Managers and Project Coordinators to become familiar with all project requirements, including schedule and budget. The Site Manager will be Atmosphere's representative on site and communicate closely with project superintendents to ensure installation is meeting the client's expectations.



An example of Site Manager responsibilities are:Familiarize themselves with project details and scheduleAttend start-up meetingsPerform pre-installation site inspectionsGain an understanding of project schedule and manpower requirementsRelate schedule and manpower requirements to the Project Manager and Field Manager in a timely mannerCoordinate material deliveries with site and Atmosphere office personnel to ensure material is on site in time for install and acclimationMeet installation crews on site and go over project details and scheduleVisit the site on a regular basis during installation to monitor progress. Update the Project Manager on a consistent basis on progress and future material delivery requirementsBe the main contact point for the contractor's site superintendentPerform quality control checks and compile deficiency lists for installation crewsAttend sub trade meetings as requiredUpon job completion, remove excess material from site and turnover maintenance materials as required by specification to the general contractorEnsure worker and site compliance with Atmosphere health and safety requirementsQualifications:Ideal candidates for Site Managers tend to be highly organized, strong communicators who work methodically with attention to detail and are comfortable adapting to unique requirements of each project.Atmosphere does not require Site Manager candidates to hold any specific qualifications as training can be provided for all required functions.
