Your role is to create a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere for athletes, fans, and staff while representing the Brodie brand with professionalism and pride. The goal is to make every athlete and fan feel welcome and build a strong sense of community throughout the night. Your presence, energy, and professionalism directly shape how players and fans experience Brodie - making the AES role essential to delivering an unforgettable gameday.CORE RESPONSIBILITIESAthlete & Fan WelcomeGreet athletes, fans, and guests as they arrive - set a high-energy, welcoming tone from the moment people walk inCheck in players efficiently and ensure smooth front-of-house flow throughout the eveningAnswer questions, direct people to the right areas,
