Purpose:

Theatre Technician Support Assistant provides technical and stage setup support during productions at Theatre Glendon under the direction of Manager, IT Operations.

Education:

Completion of a diploma or degree program in Theatre Arts, Theatre Production, or related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 6 months related experience.

Skills:

Effective communication skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Ability to provide instruction and support others.

Knowledge of theatre event management.





Knowledge of audio and visual theatre equipment.

Additional Notes:

Fluent French (Advanced level) is required.

Thisposition requires the candidate to produce a verification of degree(s),credentials(s), or equivalencies from accredited institutions and/orinternational equivalents at the time of interview.

Ability to lift over 25 lbs.
