Love the heat? Simply South is looking for a Tandoori Chef to join our Kitchener team. If you’re a master of the clay oven and can produce the perfect char every time, we want you!
The Gig:
- Tandoor Mastery: Manage the clay oven for smoky kebabs and pillowy breads.
- Prep & Marinades: Handle authentic seasoning for meats, seafood, and veggies.
- Quality First: Ensure every Naan and Tikka meets our high standards.
- Fast-Paced: Keep the rhythm steady during the dinner rush.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience at the Tandoor station.
- Expert knowledge of dough prep and heat management.
- A valid Food Handler Certification.
- A team player who takes pride in every plate.
