Advanced Care Paramedic - AB Registered (Req #: 225)Position DescriptionBravo Target Safety is looking for Alberta Licensed Advanced Care Paramedics to join our team on a casual basis out of our Leduc office. This is an exciting prospect to begin or advance your career within Bravo Target Safety .Job Duties:Provide medical standby-by services and respond to any emergency as per your training and provincial scope of practiceSet-up or update STARS site number, and complete BTS paperwork packageConduct and maintain proper and accurate headcount unless otherwise advisedReview and advise on emergency response plans as it relates to a specific site and scopeConduct site safety tours and pre-job inspections prior to completing hazard assessmentsParticipate in all Safety Meetings.



Review SDS for hazardous materialsIncident reporting and assist in investigations as requiredParticipate in emergency drills as required by Bravo Target Safety and/or the ClientMaintain medical equipment in ready state and submit checklists biweeklyMaintain a professional and always committed attitude towards all personal on siteOther duties as assignedPosition RequirementsRequirements:Must have an active Advanced Care Paramedic license with the Alberta College of Paramedics2 years of prehospital experienceOil and gas or construction experience is an assetBLS, ACLS, ITLSCommon Safety Orientation (CSO)H2S AliveDemonstrated leadership in all aspects of the job with the ability to work in a team environmentExcellent organizational, written, and communication skillsComputer proficiency with the ability to use Microsoft Office SuiteWillingness to work away from home for extended periods of time, work long hours and be able to work both day and night shiftClass 4 driver's license with 4 or less demeritsAbility to pass Drug and Alcohol testingOrganizational Competencies you should own in this role:Communication SkillsCourageTeamwork
