Job Title: Occupational Health Operations Technician Location: London (EC4A 4AU), Hybrid - 3 days on site Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum Contract Type: Permanent Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours - Monday to Friday 3 days per week will be working onsite in London Closing date for applications will be Friday 25/09/2026 Role Summary The OH Operations Health Technician ensures all colleagues within the team can achieve agreed targets to time, and quality requirements, in accordance with client and business needs. The OH Operations Health Technician provides support for the OH Operations Manager, also working alongside the clinical team to provide health support and advice. This is a great opportunity for some looking for some variety within their role. Who Are We Looking For? Clinical experience in the relevant discipline of the team to be managed. You may be required to undergo and successfully gain security clearance check to undertake this position in line with customer requirements. Ability to assist in the management of a team of professional staff effectively, combining empathy and support for individuals with strong task and performance focus. Very good communicator,

Excellent organisational skills, e.G. able to demonstrate a clear structure to your work to maximise the best use of your time and be able to make logical and solid decisions independently.
