The incumbent acts as a technical specialist for Client‐Partners, providing support in the areas of joint program management, information management, and communications management. The incumbent works with multiple service lines to support program delivery and provides advice to Client‐Partners on program delivery.KEY AND PERIODIC ACTIVITIESThe duties and responsibilities listed below are representative but not all-inclusive:PrimarySupport the development and management of new programs and existing programs in conjunction with Client-PartnerProvide program life cycle management and ensure programs are aligned with Client-Partner strategy and stakeholder requirementsAnalyze and manage detailed program information and dataSupport communications with Client-Partners, and DCC management and employees on program status and issuesMaintain and report on program metric and operating resultsDevelop and maintain effective relationships within DCC, and with industry, the Client-Partners and/or stakeholdersEnsure quality standards are met, in line with corporate and Client-Partner expectationsManage riskOtherPrepare monthly status reportsDevelop new capabilities for DCCSupport the development of recent DCC approaches, policies and processes for consideration by DCC managementOther duties as assignedSkillsGeneral and Specific KnowledgeBest practices, methods, trends and legislation in real property,
