Hillhurst Sunnyside Community Association (HSCA) is seeking a compassionate Daycare Alternate Manager to support the Daycare Manager and oversee day-to-day operations of our licensed childcare program. The ideal candidate is an organized Early Childhood Educator with Level 3 Certification and at least two years’ daycare experience, who mentors staff and supports quality programming.
This full time role includes supervising staff when the Daycare Manager is absent, ensuring licensing and safety
