The Technical

Specialist, Program Management, oversees multi-disciplinary work to develop, maintain and deliver centralized coordination functions in support of capital construction, operations and maintenance and/or environmental programs. The incumbent acts as a technical specialist for Client-Partners, providing support in the areas of joint program management, information management, and communications management. The incumbent works with multiple service lines to support program delivery and provides advice to Client-Partners on program delivery.

KEY AND PERIODIC ACTIVITIES The duties and responsibilities listed below are representative but not all-inclusive: Primary - Support the development and management of recent programs and existing programs in conjunction with Client-Partner - Provide program life cycle management and ensure programs are aligned with Client-Partner strategy and stakeholder requirements - Analyze and manage detailed program information and data, including the design, maintenance and quality assurance of centralized trackers, registers and reporting tools used across service lines - Support communications with Client-Partners, and DCC management and employees on program status and issues - Coordinate and facilitate cross-service-line working sessions to define, validate and implement common program processes and reporting requirements - Maintain and report on program metric and operating results Develop and maintain effective relationships within DCC, and with industry, the Client-Partners and/or stakeholders - Ensure quality standards are met, in line with corporate and Client-Partner expectations - Manage risk Other - Prepare monthly status reports - Develop new capabilities for DCC - Support the development of new DCC approaches, policies, and processes for consideration by DCC management, including the associated procedures, user documentation,



and training material - Other duties as assigned SKILLS General and Specific Knowledge - Best practices, methods, trends and legislation in real property, environmental services and construction services - Program management industry standards - Risk management principles - Client-Partner program management policies and procedures Formal Education and/or Certification(s) and Experience - Minimum: college diploma in engineering, architecture or related field with five years' relevant experience, or the equivalent Abilities - Use applicable computer software and operating systems, including collaboration, workflow, and data visualization platforms, to develop and maintain program tracking and reporting tools - Apply program and risk management techniques DEVELOPMENT AND LEADERSHIP - Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills - Provide functional direction and advice to employees and Client-Partners WORKING CONDITIONS - Typical office environment with routine travel - Some work may be located on construction sites; incumbent may occasionally be required to wear basic safety equipment Check out your benefits Working with us offers excellent opportunities for growth and advancement- and entitles you to one of the job market's best benefits packages valued at between 25 and 30% of your salary.
