RHRA is seeking an experienced General Counsel, Chief Privacy Officer and Corporate Secretary to lead strategic legal matters, governance, privacy governance and enterprise risk. The role oversees board support, corporate records, and external counsel coordination, ensuring governance practices are robust and compliant.
The incumbent reports to the CEO & Registrar and works with senior leadership to manage enterprise risk, privacy issues, procurement and policy governance across RHRA.
